Sal Guarino is a digital performance marketing expert who currently splits his time living in San Clemente, CA and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. After 16 years as an industry veteran, Sal founded The Amici Group in 2017, a US based performance marketing network, where he continues to enjoy applying his distinct, people-oriented, growth-focused philosophy.
Could he wave a magic wand, Sal would spend all his time on his most beloved pursuits and avocations; meandering in San Miguel with his wife, communing with his two adult daughters, dining, writing/storytelling, de-facto life coaching to many dear friends, and singing a cappella standards (to the surprise of many). In his former life, Sal served as an accomplished counselor, educator, and sports coach, with over a decade of experience, beginning as one of the youngest credentialed Alcoholism Counselors in New York State. He also spent time working in the spirited worlds of Wall Street and the automotive industry, endeavors that honed his natural people skills.
Most of all, Sal cherishes what he has been able to glean from these diverse opportunities: a daily sense of gratitude, beauty, and enthusiasm.
